What is Mat Yoga?

Mat yoga involves understanding the human body and beyond.  It is a practice of the mind and body.  Understanding how we move and the connection for stress points along the kinetic chain are key for a successful and safe practice. Breath is connected to movement, if one is not connecting breath to movement then one is not practicing yoga.  It is all about the breath!

Things to look out for
