What is Kids Yoga?

Yoga for kids is a fun and interactive way for children to develop important skills in a supportive and non-competitive environment through play, music and games.  It improves self-acceptance by encouraging children to find strength within without judgement.  By bringing the focus to fun rather than perfecting the poses, the classroom feeds off of one another's confidence all the while sharpening their focus, strength, and concentration.

Kids Sensory/Aerial Yoga

Aside from the vast physical and mental benefits, an essential part of kids yoga is about honour and respect for ourselves, each other and our mother earth. Through magical journeys around the world, story telling, music, dance, play, silks and poses, children learn to listen to one another while also expressing their creativity organically. Helping children discover to focus on their inner and outer world through yoga and play provides amazing results & it is a privilege to witness their growth.
